At Mangwao Online, we believe in delivering quality products directly to your doorstep across Pakistan. Because we are a growing store, we focus on reliable delivery rather than "free" gimmicks, ensuring your package arrives safely.
1. Shipping Rates
We do not offer free shipping at this time to ensure we can keep our product prices as low as possible for you.

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. [250 or 350] applies to all orders nationwide.

Weight-Based Shipping: For heavier items (like certain electronics), shipping may be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via WhatsApp or Email if there is a significant delay.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days.

Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3–7 business days.

Please note: These are estimates. External factors like weather or courier delays are out of our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your package.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery for your peace of mind. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready when the courier rider arrives. For high-value orders, our team may call you for a quick confirmation before dispatching.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Trax, Leopard, or PostEx), you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this to check the status of your delivery in real-time.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a package that is clearly damaged or opened, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at +92 336 2743871. If an item is missing from inside a sealed box, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
